You’re always welcome here. You don’t have to be “productive” to have the right to exist or hang out. It’s all g, I did not go to a protest today bc of my anxiety but I respect everyone who did. Don’t beat yourself up (the world will do it for you don’t make it easier for them). It’s okay 🏳️‍⚧️

It’s okay to be a trans introvert. It doesn’t make you a bad person. A lot of the people where I live were told to stay home from protests if they weren’t prepared to get arrested and physically harmed by cops. Which a lot of people did stay home due to that, as things got too violent even when things were peaceful. You can totally provide support without going to protests. You are allowed to exist without providing a million things to people.

too much is already expected of us for us to be beating ourselves up like that friend. the world will shame us enough simply for existing as who we are. not to mention how incredibly dangerous it can be to be queer/trans. the sooner you can come to terms with your limits the sooner you'll be able to find little ways to support from a safe distance

you’re not terrible, i’m feeling the same and i’m miserable and scared too but it’s totally sensible for us to be. nonetheless, all of us anxious and hurting trans ppl have each other to fall back on, even if it’s just over the internet for the most part
