Same stuff and production regulations as normal hrt Only difference is u need to do ur own blood testing analysis which consists of looking at a number and increasing ur dose to get it closer to what is written online Also don’t forget u don’t learn trans stuff in med school so u can learn the same level of knowledge as a doctor on ur own time
cause in essence a lot of the fear/fear mongering around diy is ‘it’s dangerous to do this medical thing (hormones) without a doctor’s direct approval/oversight’, but one could question why like hormonal transition (esp when it isn’t surgery) has to be that medicalized in the first place, instead of being closer to like, (bad example but) a tattoo or other body mod
