Not trans myself, but my gf is and I want to know if y’all think my gift idea is tacky asf or not: She got her ears pierced recently, and I’ve seen quite a few memes about the estrogen pill. I was thinking I’d print fake pills and make them into earrings?

Yep I think so! Yours might be a little more saturated than the real one but tbh that’s probably a good thing.
