Thaaaat's disgusting. I hope your partner would be aware of that about you. Also, if you're catholic (as an ex catholic this is giving the vibes), you want to actively indoctrinate your kids into a religion that actively hates trans people? It’s the religious version of voting for the leopards eating my face party except it’s indoctrinating your own kids into thinking you're going to h*ll.

didn’t downvote you, but imo it’s more meaningful to show your kids the side of you during childhood and then being more open about it later in their lives. it lets them come to religion naturally rather than making them Christian out of the habit of going to church
