Afaik the waste from T goes through the kidneys. T does NOT increase AST or ALT; this could be a secondary condition such as a fatty liver or diabetes

my main concern is my liver enzyme levels (AST: 76 and ALT: 139) which I’m confused about because I do IM injections, so it should bypass the liver almost entirely, right?

Get tested for hepatitis, these enzymes went up for me when I had hep b. (But they were much higher than these) Feel free to dm if u have concerns but it could also be something else. Talk to your doctor ab it mostly

Ok, but can you get hepatitis if you’ve never had sex or kissed anyone? Also I think I’ve gotten by Hep B vaccine when I was a baby?

I also got the vaccine as a baby but it wore off!! B is generally sexually/blood transmitted (tho apparently you can get it by sharing towels?? Crazy) but hep A I think can be spread thru contaminated water

Heps are spread by exchange of fluids in any manner (piss included). HPV and HIV (and I think herpes?) work the same way
