I was prescribed .2mL injections for E, is that a normal amount I should be taking?

they start you a little low when you're first starting hormones and work up until your bloodwork shows you're at a good consistent level. not to worry at this time. you can discuss increasing your dose at your next appointment if wanted/needed.

not enough information. what's the concentration in the vial, what ester of estradiol, how often are you taking it?

I was .1mL injection at a concentration of 40mg/mL. It was a little low for me (but I’m also quite tall and heavy and injections didn’t work for me too well).

It’s once a week injections of estradiol valerate at 20mg/mL concentration

It’ll come down to how your body responds and what your levels look like. Your mileage *will* vary and it’s important to stay on top of it as best you can. :)

So 4mg/week? Seems reasonable if a bit low, you might consider increasing the frequency to every 5 days at the same dose.
