scared of the lgbtq yak so posting here but i dont rlly like being called gay? like do i have a bf as a guy? yeah. am i gay? not exactly. gay implies liking men (gen) but it just so happens that the 1 person i ever felt attracted to is a man.

I'm pan, and I totally get what you mean. have I had boyfriends? yes. does the fact that they are men define my attraction? no. I kinda love the person regardless of gender or sex

idk if you’re trying to imply transness but i’ve known perfectly cis men who didn’t like the label “gay” but fit the definition and instead just used “queer”

i usually use queer but then people assume im gay or bi and im acespec, its just always such a pain when people expect me to either just be gay/bi or be able to explain exactly what i am everytime it comes up (and just say im gay or bi anyways)
