estrogen kinda causes that a bit on its own tbh, it's a sorta use it or lose it type thing. that said if you want bottom surgery, you kinda wanna preserve the length

tbh if you’re even a little bit depressed maybe ask abt antidepressants? or generally if there are meds you *could* be on that happen to have ED as a common side effect

yeah im like 1.5 years on e and it hasn’t shrunken all too much (from like 3.5 to 3) and it still gets erect. also yeah i know that dw! i dont plan to get bottom surgery
