Nah thrifting is a NIGHTMARE if you live in a neighborhood/ city where there’s a heavy senior citizen population 😭

idk what to tell yall I live in bum fuck and i’ve found heat in the antique mall on more than one occasion. you just gotta know what to look for and keep an open mind.

I literally had to scramble to get an outfit for a formal event two days ago and thrifting saved my ass. I got a gorgeous floor length dress (with pockets) for like $13

(I did also get a few other dresses just in case cause the thrift store has no dressing rooms and I had to eyeball sizes but they all fit so I just chose the best so now I have 5 dresses that I got for less than the price of one)

depends where you live, some places have better thrift stores than others
