I know my progesterone makes me tired and a little lightheaded. Progesterone can affect blood pressure a bit.

Im not sure with your specific meds but are you taking everything w food/water?

i know some trans women take their progesterone right before bed or they'll split it into half a dose in the morning half at night.

Oh yeah, I’ve been on a slight calorie deficit bc I’m working out and want to lose some of the hrt weight that I’ve gained, but I’m still eating before or during taking the medication, and I drink constantly
