A lot of HRT “side effects” (acne, sweatiness, etc.) are just normal puberty things. And, like “normal” puberty, most of them will improve over time as your body adjusts to your new hormone levels. It really is just Puberty 2: Electric Boogaloo.

(Disclaimer that you should still tell your dr about any side effects you have, even the normal puberty ones. That way they can make sure your levels are right and your side effects aren’t more severe than expected.)
