I can’t wait till this hrt makes me able to look at myself in the mirror and not hate what I see. It’s not as bad as it was last year but I’ve gone weeks purposely avoiding mirrors. I still do it somewhat just not as much. It’s tiring.

Having looks as a goal is a good one but it’s a long road, sometimes the results aren’t what you imagined in your head. If it is that bad then therapy might put you in a better headspace which can happen quicker than changing your appearance. Much love

Yea I might do that. I went to a gender therapist for a while cause I was super unsure about actually starting hrt but after I got on it it kinda just naturally ended with that therapist (she also used AI which I am not a fan of so I kinda wasnt looking to stick around tbh) but I might go back to gender therapy now that I seem to be having these issues routinely lol. My hrt clinic is very good and gave me a big list of places to go last time I asked about it so Ill probably go to one of them
