feminine cut clothes will make you look more feminine; a feminine haircut (cut matters more than length); if you can do any makeup like even just eyeliner, it'll probably help

in the makeup department I'd recommend mascara as a good baseline makeup, it doesn't take too much skill, it takes about 30 seconds and it absolutely helps
