Yea that is what I am noticing😭 I’m just worrying I’m swallowing too much of it after it dissolves? It’s kinda hard not to. Like how do I know if it’s being absorbed correctly

imma be honest, it does not matter that much. I started taking it sublingual, had docs who were taking it oral, and had different doctors tell me different methods were more effective, so like it's not that big a deal

Now that’s so fun cause I got told earlier that taking it orally doesn’t work nearly as well. Why on earth is there so much conflicting information

Yeah i started sublingual (because it was more effective, apparently) and then a few months in was told that oral was found to be more effective so I started taking it orally. then I eventually switched to injections

Now that’s interesting cause my doctor told me there wasn’t a difference and someone else on here told me that oral is way LESS effective apparently. So Idfk anymore lmao😭

Yea it is frustrating. And we aren’t doctors so it’s hard for us to discern whether the doctors we’re seeing are correct or not. Even at HRT clinics it’s an issue. I might just switch to injections so I don’t have to worry about it lmao. I was thinking of doing that anyways.

literally one time I went in cause I was like "I think i'm having cramps? like period cramps? is that possible?" and they were like "oh yeah that's reported enough that yeah that's normal but also we don't know what it is that's cramping cause you don't have a uterus and there aren't any studies so we can't list it as a side effect"

Oh wow fun😐 Good for them. Also I had heard about that being a thing but I wasn’t sure it was real or even if was if it was common lol. That’s kinda affirming tbh! I mean obviously cramps kinda suck but I do like the idea that I would start to have a monthly hormonal cycle like cis girls.
