ibuprofen bc it helps reduce inflammation which is my primary cause of period pain, but i'm assuming you do not have organs that could be inflamed, so in that case acetaminophen bc you just need pain relief

Acetaminophen It targets pain itself rather than any normal sources and since the sources are caused by the body itself u can’t really cure the source

It depends on your body. Naproxen and acetaminophen don’t work for me. Only ibuprofen and a high prescribed dose of naproxen work for me.
