Btw I can’t pretend my current name is my middle name. My main options are pretending my current name is a childhood nickname and my new name is my real name or saying I changed my name cause I wanted something more normal/professional

idk if this will work for you but i started using my first initial and middle initial so you could do like AJ, DJ, CJ (idk you’re name but those are just examples, and it works really well if your middle name starts with J)

Sadly mine would be BL which is very fun (BL stands for the genre boys love) but not the best nickname
