tbh best is to just experiment to figure out what works best for you

I have a really greasy scalp so I shampoo mine every day if not every other. I haven’t used conditioner in like a year because I don’t need to be adding extra oils into that shi. Basically it’s all dependent on your hair type, so I couldn’t tell you exactly

i washed it every single day i just compensated with a lot of conditioner. if you don’t wash frequently you may get stinky and not know it… like my roommate rn who is also a trans girl and i don’t want to tell her and hurt her feelings 😭😭
