This is valid but I’ve had the opposite problem where men who are attracted to me call me a femboy or want me to be more feminine. I’m not fem and I dislike the way the whole femboy craze emboldens men to speak to me this way.
Really bugs me how people within the LGBTQ+ community view feminine trans men.
A cis queer man presents femininely and nobody bats an eye, but when a trans queer man wants to present the same way, it’s all “What’s the point then?”
I just wanna live 💔
I think there needs to be balance where femininity isn’t inherently associated with being a trans man, but also we shouldn’t be forcing anyone to fit into a certain box

I’m OP and I wanna say that happened to me too and it gives me the biggest ick ever 💔 Like I like being feminine but the moment a guy tries to fetishize me for my presentation, it’s a no from me

To be completely fair I am a trans man who is occasionally feminine ish but I also hate being called a femboy. The term makes me very uncomfortable

also the term femboy gives me the ick, ESPECIALLY if other people use that label to describe me
