tguy here, researched for gfs sake, youll get more cyclical mood swings and cramps in the lower abdomen. your body doesnt know the difference between having or not having specific genitals, so HRT (estrogen vers) will make you feel like you have a period cycle. its actually pretty cool, but not so fun yall have to deal with cramps too:(

I’d assume it depends highly on the person. For me I’ve noticed it a few times but not super consistently yet. First time was around 6 months and this last time was about 13 ish. But it’s probs super individual ngl. It’s weird as hell though lol. Like it’s affirming but god it’s strange to start experiencing that NOW literally after I’ve started college lmao.
