And they keep reiterating that it’s a joke and they DO see me as nonbinary (and they still mostly ID as nonbinary too), but I still FEEL invalidated. Am I overreacting?

Not at all, that’s weird af. Maybe talk to your partner and say something along the lines of “hey I get you’re just laughing at your friend’s jokes, but those jokes make me feel a bit invalidated. Can you please knock it off and tell them to do the same?”
