My first blood test showed that 2mg of Estrogen and 100mg of Spiro daily only put me at 41pg/ml. So my doctor bumped me tf up to 8mg of Estrogen and 200mg of spiro daily.

Now that I’m on injections I reduced my spiro to 100mg daily

I hope to get to injections eventually, my doctor is just starting me out on pills since I’ve only started 6 weeks ago. Spiro is messing up my tummy fr.

I’ve seen that you want to stay on sublingual until you get your levels into a reliable place, and only then switch to injections
