I currently do injections but I used to do pills, first they told me oral, then sublingual, then oral again

I started on oral cause my doctor said it didn’t matter but then once I got my dose upped people on here told me that sublingual was better so I’ve been doing that since then. Gonna switch to injections tho so I won’t need to worry about this anymore lmao.

I do everything with my pills. I’ll mix them into food, drinks, swallow them, let them dissolve… depends on my mood. 4 years and it’s just “eh, however it gets into my body.”

I just started, the doctor told me I could do either, I’ve been doing it sublingually, but was just wondering what others do

for the ones that dissolve in your mouth, I’ve heard that taking them sublingually allows for the best absorption even if it’s ok to swallow. something about how it’s closer to the thyroid gland (in your neck/head) I think. and you’re not supposed to eat within 15 minutes of taking it (before or after) because of absorption too
