i understand why you’d be nervous given rampant transphobia and whatnot but this could honestly turn out to be a really healthy social experience. i lived with cishet guy roommates for a couple years even pre-T and it just proved to me that i don’t have to feel so threatened sharing space with cis men

This is so true! These guys have been amazing and incredibly nice I think I was just worried I’d have to come out and I am terrified of coming out cus of many reasons but particularly bc when I first did it was the most isolating and depressing thing ever

rly glad to hear they’ve been chill with you so far, that bodes well !! hope i didn’t come across as shrugging off your concerns or anything 🙏 i def get that having to disclose yr transness to cis people who might get nosy or treat you differently over it is a high-pressure situation

No you’re all good I totally get it! You’re definitely right I think it’s been very helpful for me to feel safer around cishet men bc of previous traumas and such
