What you can’t cum? Nothing comes out when I do but tbh it feels a lot better and I can do it multiple times not that far from each other. Sounds like you need to learn new ways to get yourself there!

My assumption is that it’s because that isn’t what’s happened to you. Like we said before you’ll probably need to do it a different way going forward but it is still possible. I certainly haven’t heard that was possible in any “effects of hrt” video I’ve seen. In fact I’ve seen people mention needing to masturbate differently
