Like any cis person with on ounce of basic human empathy can use their brain and think about an experience that is not directly their own. If you dated someone who failed to meet your needs as a trans individual it wasn’t cause cis people are some scary boogeyman you just dated a shitty ass cis person who happened to be bad at empathy

real like I’m currently dating a trans girl bc that’s who I fell for but I would absolutely date a cis person and that doesn’t make me a bad trans person

fr like my ex was cis but it's not like the relationship didn't work out solely bc i was trans & he wasn't. like if i was also cis we still would've broken up bc we just fundamentally weren't compatible
