I’ve been on e for 6 months and I’m going to get blood work done tomorrow, how do I know if I should have my dosage changed ?

T user here, but dosage usually gets changed when your levels aren’t in range or too low. Hopefully someone can comment what the regular range of E, because some doctors like to microdose for shits and giggles

Planned Parenthood is kind of terrible about giving adequate doses. If you're able, at least make sure you're on injections instead of pills because those tend to give better levels on PP doses

That’s really weird because when I went to my 3 month appointment they didn’t check my levels

The whole point of frequent appointments is to check levels 😭. It might be time to reverse search your doctor because that’s sus as hell

Planned parenthood has budget problems and usually only checks every 6 months (this decreases to a year if you're steady for awhile). Probably nothing to worry about, but you don’t need to go to appointments that don't involve labs

☠️ I went for a month and they wanted to do checkups every 3 months. I didn’t go later because they lied about accepting Medicaid
