hi yall, I’m a cishet woman, and I’ve been feeling gender dysphoria for my own gender if that makes sense?? Like, I feel so disconnected from being a woman that I feel like a man, but I’m still a woman and want to be feminine. Can anyone help me w this?
Gender dysphoria can happen to cis folks too. Honestly it helps to do things that give you gender euphoria. Things that make you feel feminine and validated in your gender, whatever that is for you

Highkey it’s probs influenced by the fact that I’m tall (6’0) and muscular w/some body fat (225lbs), so I can kind of come off as less than feminine haha

i agree w the others! dysphoria can happen to anyone. try wearing pretty dresses for just a regular day, or braiding your hair, dancing around the room, painting your nails. little things that bring you joy in femininity

My cis boyfriend feels the same way because he’s short and often mistaken for a woman (misgendered)

This is actually totally normal and the reason why stuff like breast implants are still considered gender affirming care for cis ppl! Cis folks can definitely still feel gender dysphoria even if it’s aligned with their birth sex
