does anyone have tips/resources for getting together a workout routine while starting t? ive never worked out before besides walks/hiit but now i wanna build muscle. overweight and not super active rn 🙃

if you can, find someone you trust to work out with. having a workout partner does wonders for mental, and you have someone to spot + give individualized/prompt responses to questions. outside of that, more tips are hard unless we know what you’re going for

What helped me the most was joining a workout class. I had zero workout experience, so having a class of other people who’re also relatively inexperienced, and a coach who knows what they’re doing has been amazing
