Any starter workout tips for a more masculine build? Specifically in biceps and back?

i found machines easiest when i was starting, i recommend the bicep curl machine, the seated row and the lat pulldown - start with super low weights until the form feels comfortable then slowly add weight or reps when that doesn’t feel hard or uncomfortable anymore

i do warmups where i roll my shoulders and then propeller my arms and i've been working on pushups and it's definitely helping
