yall update i got it but my therapist had very clearly never written nor heard of them at all so i had to do a lot of the legwork finding examples. and send a fax. love sending faxes but pro tip, check if your local library offers them bc UPS charged me $3.50 for two pages and my library would've been free

My therapist did my letter but literally took MONTHS. Tacoma so much I could’ve gotten surgery on my moms insurance like i told him I wanted to bc I switch insurance and July and not I have to figure out a whole new fucking insurance debacle. I understand the need for the letter, but I wish it wasn’t such a pain in the ass to actually get it!

I mean he’s very good when it comes to actual therapy otherwise I would not be going to him anymore, but Jesus pmo. He said he had others he had to write first and stuff but I don’t think it should’ve taken that fuckin long.
