im definitely eating enough i struggled with binging/starving in the past but now i eat appropriately for my body and track everything i just expected my waist to go back to what it was or maybe i just wasnt as skinny as i thought idk

U need to remember T is insane
Before E I needed min 4k calories a day or else my weight would tank like no tomorrow
Online recommendations and pre hrt maintenance numbers don’t really mean much since everyone is different

It’s common to gain weight on T. If you exercise regularly, you should notice your hips decreasing in size
