i’ve mostly just resorted to wearing a backpack bc i like to carry a lot of stuff with me in the spirit of being prepared or w/e. but that doesn’t work with my full wardrobe… looks kind of goofy with a leather jacket, for instance

pockets or I take my cross body bag when I go out for events. most men simply don’t carry many things or find any need to carry many things I have my wallet, phone, keys, and maybe my Airpods whenever I go out normally

Early transition guys always fall for the cargo shorts… I did too but it’s a total red flag in a guy if he wears cargo shorts be warned

If it matters, I know some cis men who carry a bag. One guy uses a messenger bag, LL Bean tote (if he’s got sheet music to carry), or a beat to shit backpack. He has a really generic middle aged guy style. The other is my boss and uses a leather(?) backpack or messenger bag depending on the day. He wears office type clothes

Winter is great because I have my big coat I feel so lost in summer :( carrying a tote bag (I know it can be clocky but im gay so it’s par for the course, and straight men do it too!!!) but also men’s pants hold so much in the pockets sometimes I can get away with leaving my bag in the car

I never needed or wanted to carry any sort of bag. I only need my phone, wallet, and keys, and those fit easily in pockets.
