maybe a stupid question, but do you lose nipple sensitivity after surgery? ya boy loves nipple play and has super sensitive nips and doesn't wanna lose that, but also suffers from 38DDDs

i think it honestly depends on how much nipple you lose since youre bigger u may lose a lot which would likely mean u would lose sensation. but ive also seen some cases where the sensation does come back after a few years definitely discuss that with your surgeon

Also certain types of top surgery affect nipple sensitivity differently. Keyhole is most likely to preserve sensitivity but the other one (forgor the name), where your nipples are literally removed and then reattached, is more likely to cause a loss of sensation

Double incision- and that’s the kind that is recommended for bigger chested people due to how much tissue needs to be removed Keyhole is recommended for smaller chested folks

BUT a quick google search tells me that nerve reconstruction is possible to retain sensation But I’d definitely recommend searching this yourself and then talking to doctors about it once you start the process of top surgery
