Oh shit also calfs Idk why but something about BUILT calfs is very mask 🤷♀️
Luckily I somehow naturally have monster calves lmao💪 at least I’ve got that going for me
Oh and also shoulder raises are like the classic mascification (Sry I’m drinking now and my pt training is coming back to me 😭😭😭)
