for me it's about my chest not being something i have to care about. when i have a shirt on, i can feel my chest rubbing on it and the way the air moves in it against my skin since the shirt isn't flat to me, but when im shirtless and braless it's like im just a guy who doesn't need to worry about exposing anything, as guys do.

same i love being shirtless even though i still have horrible chest dysphoria 😭
