Uhhhh. Fuck ton of bread?? OH try potatoes apparently they’re one of the most satiating foods!!!! And they’re super nutritious too so they’ll be good for your transition and just health in general. Also baked potatoes are just tasty ngl especially if you add bacon and cheddar cheese and stuff.

Listen to your body. You’re hungry because you need food and you are growing!! Make sure you’re getting enough carbs and protein. I use MyFitnessPal to make sure I’m getting enough

Protein shakes and add in things like peanut butter and ice cream. You can try tracking micronutrients on a free app too, to make sure you’re balancing the overall intake. Being active (to your own ability) before large amounts of protein intake allow for better absorption also.

basically anything with high fiber and protein is great. edamame is very good. also stirring in eggs to any pasta makes it WAYYY more filling. risotto is also incredibly filling

This is on the very high end. If you aren’t a bodybuilder, this may hurt your kidneys. I work under a seasoned dietician and checked this with her

Usually around 0.8g per kilo of body weight for most adults, but nutrition is a very personal thing. The recc is 10-35% of your daily calories should be protein, but what works for one person may not be ideal for another. You can tell if you’re getting too much protein by getting your BUN levels checked via blood test
