They don’t gaf about protecting kids. If they did, they would be much more concerned with protecting kids from abuse at home or among trusted adults. Statistically, children are much more likely to be abused by people they know than a stranger in a bathroom. They don’t want to protect kids nearly as much as they want to push their transphobic narrative.
