how long did it take for you to notice the first changes? im at 2 weeks atp and have yet to feel anything, not even mentally

When you started HRT, did it help you at all mentally? (I’m kinda having a tough time rn but hoping to start soon. I know it won’t magically fix everything, but will it make life more bearable?)

About a month for titty pain but around 3 months I started to really feel like I was stalling, but tbh after a while it’s just a lot a lot a lot of waiting

I came out at 6 months, I hid it mostly well idk if people noticed. And it’s never too late

I didn’t come out till nearly a year on estrogen so it’s totally possible to hide it depending on your circumstances. Esp if you play it safer than I did. Some people kinda noticed but they were also trans and even they weren’t sure about it. Like gauge the safety of your situation for yourself but like it’s totally possible from my perspective
