But like literally one of my cis guy friends checked with me to see if I was comfortable going into the guys bathroom and he assured me everything is ok.

I’m scared to use the women’s restroom when I officially transition, but I look at it almost every day and sigh.

Men’s gas station bathrooms are a SCARY place. Not a single spot on the wall that doesn’t have either swear words/slurs/hate speech on them. But maybe that’s just a southern thing

Yess and in my school, the men’s bathroom has only 1 closed toilet. So everytime I have to pee and walk in there, and see someone else is in there, I have to walk back out and that’s so awkward😂

I’m a cisgendered man that’s lurking so I can be a better ally. I had no idea how scary this was. I will make sure to use multiple stall bathrooms from now on.

It’s not anything against cis or cos passing people, it just frustrates me when people who don’t need that bathroom use it when there are men’s and women’s bathrooms right next to it with several stalls, and openly say they use it just bc they’re poop shy or something

It’s also the only handicap accessible stall on the floor. I’m the kind of person who will only use a handicap stall if I have no other option, and it peeves me that in a school with limited accessibility ppl who don’t need that bathroom are preventing those who do from using it

Tbh I pass well enough to use the men’s without issue but I go to the gender neutral one if I don’t feel like being scared to pee sitting down

for me it’s scary just because there are cis men present, whether or not they use a urinal or a stall has no effect on me. i just find cis men to be scary always

My school is very small and not many boys (nursing school) so they’ll always and forever remember I was the one who said O had to shit HAHAH
