finasteride/duasteride are deferral meds for donating blood, but you can do therapeutic bloodletting (i think that's the name) where they drain some blood out otherwise
Hyperspecific advice but still applicable to enough ppl but for those on testosterone remember to monitor your hematocrit during bloodwork and make sure it’s well controlled if it’s high

Most blood banks will still accept therapeutic phlebotomy appointments if ordered by the doctor you normally see, it’ll just be disposed of as medical waste rather than donated - OP, just did this exact thing

You can also get it done at a hematologist or like, various places, whoever prescribes T should know, and if it’s DIY and you’re eligible you can also just donate blood every so often
