I feel you lol (I get the same thing but im ftm), I think part of it is just a natural part of overcoming dysphoria. Like “I don’t feel terrible anymore, could I have just lived my life without transitioning and saved myself the trouble?” Because it’s been so long that I forgot about the anguish I felt before
