you can get kinesiology tape off amazon for like $10. i got precut 4in x 10in strips and they're working for me. DO A PATCH TEST before using them fr and please dear god have something to cover your nipples

Pls cover your nipples, even using folded up toilet paper will do. Use drug store sports kinesiology tape, unfortunately the trans tape brand changed their adhesive recipe a while back and it’s way less effective (although I’ve heard some people say it works for them still.) And please please please pay for bottles of oil to remove the tape 😭 I ripped up my skin super bad cause I didn’t use any oil…. saturate all the tape, soak them in oil, wait a minute, and then you can peel them off

I know about the nipple thing lol, and I have lots of body oil from when I was doing scar care left over to oil the tape. Are there any oil recommendations you have that are cheaper than bio oil?

Any skin safe oil, at one point I ran out of oil and used olive oil and it was fine
