i go to a dermatologist to get a second opinion but ultimately it just has to take its course since its hormonal acne, just stay on top of changing your bedsheets/pillow cases, have a good face wash and a good moisturizer bc ur skin will get dry asf, it’ll get worse before it gets better i noticed- ftm year and a half on T

I went on accutane preemptively before starting T (had bad acne beforehand and didn’t wanna worsen it) and that worked pretty well. Also - binder sweat can cause bad chest/back acne, make sure to wash it often and consider getting more than one binder
