an equivalent is not really nessecary, plus its not like Doll is a term that simply means trans women there is a history behind it

There isn’t a historical equivalent because trans men have been historically erased, and tbh all the modern equivalents make me uncomfortable. Being called an action figure makes me feel like the emphasis is on my body, being strong and muscular, and while I want that, it isn’t part of my definition of manhood.

Doll does exactly what you’re saying action figure does, but for women, so I think it works pretty well honestly

I know, and I know that some trans women also don’t like to be called doll. Just my opinion! If you like being called an action figure or something else that’s cool :)
