Is anyone on raloxifene instead of E or T? I’ve heard it’s sometimes used as a non-binary alternative to HRT.

you still need E/T, raloxifine is just a GnRH agonist so it suppresses those sex hormones. without E/T, your risk of osteoporosis increases and you have a lot of other symptoms related to not having a primary sex hormone :/

Raloxifene is specifically used to treat osteoporosis, and it’s a SERM, not a GnRH. At least look it up before you spout nonsense.

there hasn’t been many studies on ralox specifically iirc for NB care but anecdotally i’ve heard of people using it to reduce gyno effects of E
