FTM so idk how much this’ll help but I used to have really low iron and it stunted my hair growth for a bit. I take iron supplements now, eat leafy greens almost every day, and my hair is not balding anymore and I went from chin to ass length in three years. But talk to your doctor before adding a supplement or drastically switching ur diet
Time, washing hair properly and trimming the ends (no more than 1/8-3/8 of an inch I’d reckon) every couple of months to stimulate hair growth, my hair already grows fast without starting Hrt but it may still be useful advice, think it’s been about a year now since I started growing my hair and it’s past my shoulders now ^^
