update^5: we hung out again this past weekend after being away for break and i was gonna confess but i CHICKENED OUT. but now we are texting pretty consistently 👀. is this a sign? who knows? i keep dreaming about him now too 😔

even though he doesn’t feel the same i’m still extremely grateful for our friendship. i didn’t really have any trans friends in engineering until this year and i’m happy i have friends like him in my life now to connect with.
