advice on using kt tape to bind? (or other alternatives?) i don't have a way to buy anything better rn..

use something in between ur nipples and the tape!!! it will hurt like a b to take off otherwise :( also, kt tape can stay on for a few days/until it starts to peel naturally but to remove i’d recommend using an oil to get the adhesive to peel off better

is it safe to bind using kt tape for more than 8 hours? i've been removing it before bed just in case, and warm water has been using well enough for me to help get it off

i’m not entirely sure but i think it would be? you’re just pulling the breast tissue to the side i think, not compressing your whole chest like a binder does. i think it would be safe to try overnight and if it feels good in the morning you should be good to keep going 8+ hours

I think it’s like trans tape you can use it for a while
