If it has crystallized because it’s cold / you’re storing it in the fridge, warm it up a bit with your hands and shake it to dissolve the crystals, then yes it is safe. The packaging for mine says “warming and shaking the vial should redissolve any crystals that may have formed during storage at temperatures lower than recommended”
