I just got my today and it was the cost of my insurance deductible so 2500, but if you don’t have insurance it will likely be closer to 30,000. Plus’s the meds they give you are around $100 and that’s with insurance. I’d say call your insurance (if you have one) and ask them what you estimated out of pocket cost would be. I recently switched insurance so I didn’t know my cost for awhile but the best thing to do is just keep calling until they give you solid info and if they give you an estimate

It can also depend heavily on the insurance and surgeon. Mine was ~4.5k with insurance in Bay Area CA. Not to mention you lose 1-6 weeks of work to recover, so you need to have money to make sure you can get through that time as well
